In Africa, my homeland in particular, the education system totally cripples us and does not prepare us for the labor market.
Sir Ken Robinson, one of the greatest educationalists made a profound statement; he said that some education systems educate the children out of their creativity! He went to say that it is imperative that we understand that all of human nature thrives on diversity and we need to celebrate that in our society. Unfortunately, a majority of the education systems are based on the manufacturing principles of standardization, linearity and conformity!
With this in mind, The Dee Inspiration Foundation has put together a phenomenal personal development program that seeks to equip High School students with skills and knowledge pertinent to helping them realize their full potential; a need that the formal education does not meet. our core passion is to transform the lives of the rural youth who have been totally relegated to the backyard of our society!
